Giving Program FAQs

You can donate through the website using a Credit/Debit card, PayPal, Zelle, Check, Facebook, Crypto, and other methods.

There are five donation tiers:
  • Bronze ($5/month
  • Silver ($20/month)
  • Gold ($50/month)
  • Platinum ($100/month)
  • Diamond ($500/month)
You can also choose to donate a custom amount you can add whatever amount you wish and will be alloted a tier closes to your donation (Example:$112.00, you will get a Platinum tier which is 100$/month). To receive the complimentary merchandise, you must either donate for three consecutive months or contribute the total amount in one payment.

Yes, Street Care is a community wellness initiative of Bright Mind, an award-winning 501(c)(3) non-profit organization – donations to Bright Mind are tax-deductible to the full extent allowed by U.S. law. Our federal tax I.D. number is 37-1902477.

Yes, you can choose to make a recurring monthly donation as well as one-time donation through PayPal.

Yes, you will receive a receipt for the donations via email or text, once the donation is successfully received.

Donors will receive complimentary merchandise based on the tier they select. To participate, simply check the box for your chosen tier. Once you’ve joined the program and made your first payment, Street Care will reach out to gather your shipping address and any additional details. If you don’t want the merchandise or only want some of it, you can uncheck the boxes.

100% of your donations support Street Care’s educational and community initiatives.
To change, pause or opt out of the Giving Program contact our Donor Support team at info@streetcare.us, and we’ll respond within 2 business days. You can still stay involved through volunteering, fundraising, or attending events.

Yes, you can set up automatic donations from your bank account. Simply provide your bank with the necessary details, and they can establish recurring transfers to our organization. This ensures your contributions are made regularly without the need for manual processing.
