Let’s work with the breath a little bit. Can we feel the breathing in the body? Maybe we can just put our hands on our chest and let the breath come into the chest–breathing in, and release on the out breath. It’s just like the sea coming in and out, the waves. The breath is like the waves of the sea–all the way out, like the wave going out on the beach–breathing in and releasing.
