What is Street Care Peer Support

Community - Focused Program

The Street Care Peer Support Program is a community-driven initiative that provides practical, educational, and emotional support to address urgent needs and foster long-term well-being

Tailored assistance for all

We assist volunteers, potential volunteers, and individuals in allied fields (government workers, educators, or community leaders) by equipping them with resources to support those in need effectively

Support for individuals in need

The program extends help to people experiencing stress or challenges with mental and physical health, as well as homelessness, by offering guidance and immediate resources tailored to their unique challenges.

Comprehensive Findings

We offer mental well-being workshops, nutritional education, mentoring sessions, and immediate aid like clothing, hygiene products, and food, while also equipping volunteers with outreach toolkits.

Impactful 1-1 Assistance

Through one-on-one peer support, workshops, and resourceful outreach tools, we create opportunities for individuals to ask questions, share concerns, and make a meaningful impact in their communities. Interested volunteers can reach out via email or join our Microsoft team link to participate.
